Loved the price but I never actually received the item. It shipped to the wrong address and I never got it back

This transaction was AWFUL. The barrier took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive, and then was in used condition, and missing a part. I called the manufacturer, and their customer service was extremely rude to me, and said I will have to wait another 2 1/2 weeks for the part to ship – if it is in stock in their warehouse. If not, I have to wait until they get more manufactured. Shame on the maker of this, and shame on Amazon for working with such a terrible wholesaler. I would never recommend this product or manufacturer to anyone. Spend $10 more, so that you get a usable product within a reasonable time period.

I purchased this barrier to keep my slobbery Rottweiler from drooling all over the back seat of my brand new Kia Rondo–It was very simple to put together and does a great job keeping him in the back of the car. The best part was the price! Very economical! And it looks great too–sleek and stylish!

I purchased this with some concerns after reading other reviews, but I have used this for my German and Australian Shephards and it works perfectly. I have a 2001 Ford Excursion and it works great. No more canine co-pilots up front with me. Good buy for a great price. Was easy to put together.

Works perfect with my dog, but this is because he doesn’t push it. I guess that if your dog tries hard enough, he’ll take it down.
