But if there are too many it can be difficult to get the attention that you’ll need and the environment might be too disorganized for learning to take place.
You’ll need to find a course that is for the age and developmental level of your puppy. Combining ages make it harder for socialization and for the trainer to do things in groups. This isn’t as significant for adult classes, but it is for younger pets.
Lastly, consider the training methods used. If you notice harsh methods or fear based training, stay far away. An instance of this is a trainer who yanks at the puppy. These kinds of classes will harm your relationship and make it harder for your pet to learn.
