   I bought the product with high hopes it would help with my cat’s urological problems, getting him to drink more water to help keep him from blockages. This tactic of using the fountain was recommended by a vet. Too bad, but he won’t touch the water, looked at the fountain a couple of times, but won’t even play with the water. Even my dog who will drink from anything won’t drink from it. For me at least, it was an expensive waster of money.

   Fast confirmation of order and shipping. Great product quality. Shipping time decent, but I have had faster. Not to say that shipping here was slow by any means, it’s just that on the same day I ordered from 2 different sellers with standard shipping and I got the other product a few days earlier so that’s why. Still overall satisfied though!

   Haven’t needed them yet. The water is still clean from the first one, though so I guess they do what they should. My water is pretty good already, though…

   I have nothing bad to say about the filters or the vendor for these filters. They were mailed immediately. However, I bought the filters in a package deal with the water fountain. The vendor for the fountain was KV Vets Supplies from Nebraska. They cancelled the order because of a “pricing error” and then tried to up the price on me. So, now I have filters, but no fountain. Be aware of KV Vet Supply. They may give you a good deal on their Amazon page, but when they cancel the order and up the price, Amazon has absolutely no customer service to help out. Bad deal all around.

   Quiet most of the time. The cats love it , especially the one who drinks from the tub spout.
